国際通貨基金

日本の場合、大口出資国で有る等の立場から財務官僚が多く出向しており、融資が行われていないにもかかわらず「消費税を上げるべきだ」等のIMFの討議内容の報道がなされる。　

これは、IMFの正式発表ではなく、財務官僚が出向者を使い、まるでIMFが全体がその様に述べているかのように見せ、自分たちの都合の良いようにマスコミを通じ国内世論を操作する道具にしている
